SJM Fitness does not work with anyone being treated for an eating disorder. This is the responsibility of the customer to note before purchase. Photos become a possession of SJM Fitness once submitted. Once a full plan has been electronically received, there are no refunds.

I acknowledge that SJM Fitness is not a doctor nor registered dietician, and participating in this program is to be done at your own discretion. No results guaranteed.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release, and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge SJM Fitness and all of its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of actions, and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against sweatwithstace.com for personal injury or property damage.

In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.

I also acknowledge that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once I made my purchase, the transaction was finalized and I am held financially responsible for my purchase. Any attempt to return or request refund will result in legal action taken against me.
